1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a refund for our software services under the following circumstances:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the promised timeline (unless delayed due to circumstances beyond our control).

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered: Once a service has been delivered or work has been completed, it is generally non-refundable.
  • Change of mind: If you decide not to proceed with the service after payment or change your mind about the project, no refund will be issued.
  • Custom Development: For custom-built software or projects that have been tailored to your specific needs, refunds are not applicable once the work has commenced or is completed.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@easycrawling.in within 7 days of the issue or delivery of the service. Your refund request must include:

  • Your order number or project reference number.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant supporting materials (e.g., screenshots, correspondence).

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will assess your case. If your request is valid, we will process and credit the refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.

If the payment was made via bank transfer or credit card, please allow additional processing time for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, if only part of the service was completed and you are dissatisfied with the result, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the request.

5. No Refunds After Service Completion

Refunds will not be offered after the final delivery of services or when the service has been fully completed as per the contract agreement. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address any issues or concerns you may have within the scope of our service terms.

6. Cancellation of Subscription or Ongoing Services

For ongoing services or subscriptions, you may cancel the service at any time. However, the cancellation will only apply to future payments. Any payment made prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
